Shipping Domestic

Delivery (Delivery dates have changed due to - covid19 causing slower postal deliveries )

Prints and Art delivered to the Uk will take between 3-5 working days (recently in 2020 - times now vary from 2-3 weeks)

Handmade / custom made items delivered to Uk will take between 7-14 working days

items delivered to Europe will take between 7-14 working days

items delivered to worldwide will take upto 14 working days

in the unlikley event of not receiving item please contact sarina@wildsuga.com , if payment is not received the customer will be contacted to make payment before item is shipped.

Returns

All purchases are non refundable because of the nature of handmade / hand printed orders , so it is advisable to take precaution when making a payment.

The only exception is if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please email sarina@wildsuga.com with your order number, receipt, name and date, photo of product and a agreement to rectify the fault can be discussed.
